RJ Cook and Miguel did a really great job our questions and solving our problem. I feel like their customer service was extraordinary and they did a fabulous job solving the issue. I appreciate the fact that they did what they could to save us money and keep the water on. I would highly recommend, these two people for any job. I give them a A Give them a Give them an A plus!! I unfortunately have to update my review. My original reason for calling Mr Rooter is unresolved. Every faucet in my house sinks and showers have air in the lines. I did not have this problem before they replaced my water heater in August. I am trying to sell my house and this issue is causing potential buyers to walk away. I am grateful they found the main valve issue and the technicians were wonderful but the problem I called about is still an issue!. I just need my original plumbing fixed. I’ve already spent $600 + on this issue and cannot afford to spend anymore. I can’t afford to call back. Nick has done a fabulous job today! I hope and pray the air in the lines issue doesn’t come back!!

We had Brian Howard work on our sink remodel and a few other small projects. He was amazing! The estimate process a few days before was super easy and then when install day came it was also super easy and smooth! Would highly recommend Brian with Mr Rooter of Sioux Falls!

Nick Wallace did an amazing job installing my hot water heater. He had to perform an inspection after 6 pm and turned on my cold water. He started working early the next day to get me a rebate on hardware and started the install promptly the next day. He did an amazing job.

Brian Howard did excellent work installing the plumbing for our new kitchen sink. He was friendly, polite and explained everything to us. We are very happy with the work he did.

My aging gas water heater gave up and started leaking over the weekend. Although there wasn't a ton of water, I was very nervous, because I've heard horror stories. Nick from Mr. Rooter came out and quickly got things back to a good place. 3 things I got from having a professional replace the water heater. 1) When you have an issue like a leaking water heater, you want someone to address it NOW. Mr. Rooter was very quick to get someone to my place on a weekend. 2) The price they quoted me for replacement was the price I paid. No other charges or fees mysteriously appeared on the final bill. 3) After Nick was finished removing the old water heater and installing the new one, there was NO mess. Other than a shiny new water heater, you couldn't tell that someone had done major work in my basement. Also, he was very careful to protect my carpet while hauling the old water heater out and performing the work. I expected some additional cleanup after the replacement, but there was nothing extra for me to do. Greatly appreciated.

The valve in our shower rusted out and water was nearly free flowing from the spout even when you set it to off. What's worse is it was pouring out hot water so we had to turn the water off to the home to protect the house and our heating bill! Thankfully our service professional Brian Howard was able to come out the next day and do a complete overhaul on our shower. Everything is new and beautifully done! He was very knowledgeable able actively kept me in the loop of what he was working on and what parts he was replacing. He was friendly and treated us and the home with respect! I am very happy with the work that was done and will absolutely continue to use Mr. Rooted for all my plumbing needs and hopefully no more emergencies, but I know I'm covered if something comes up.

I was so grateful today for the services of Mr Rooter! Upon waking, I had the dreaded experience of stepping on wet carpet… And then wondering how and why. Because of my membership arrangement I was bumped to nearly the very first service call and had help within a few hours. Brian did an amazing job of assessing the situation and letting me know what was to be done to fix it. I was able to make the decision with time and cost expectations provided and was prepared for it to take longer than it did! Thankfully some shortcuts were found, but I felt honored by his transparent disclosures to me. Wonderful experience today, Mr Rooter is absolutely one of the most caring service teams you will find!
